Paalupiste sells and rents professional installation equipment for screw pile foundations, covering everything from small-scale construction to the installation of both small and large piles. Our equipment offering mainly includes installation drills for screw piling, adapters between the drill and the pile, systems for verifying installation torque, extension booms and hitches. If required, excavators equipped with screw pile drilling equipment can also be rented through us.
Wide torque range for different needs
We supply installation equipment for both purchase and rental, ranging from light hand-held electric drills (230V) to excavator-mounted hydraulic drive heads. Torque capacities start from approximately 1,500 Nm and extend up to around 150,000 Nm. This wide range allows the installation of both small deck piles and large piles used in industrial buildings. We are happy to help you select the right equipment based on pile size and required load capacity.
HyperTorq+ and Digga solutions
Our equipment portfolio includes our own HyperTorq+ brand as well as Digga drilling equipment. Both product lines are proven, reliable solutions with very low failure rates. As attachments for heavy machinery, these drilling units are also a cost-efficient way to expand existing equipment for screw pile installation.
Extension booms for efficient installation
We also supply extension booms that allow continuous screw piles of up to 6 metres to be installed using small or medium sized excavators. This reduces the need for pile extensions and improves overall installation efficiency.
Equipment delivery for international projects
Screw piling is well suited for international projects. Installation equipment can be shipped together with the piles in the same delivery, while the carrier machine, typically an excavator, is rented locally. Before delivery, it is important to confirm the attachment type of the carrier machine, such as the bucket coupler (quick-hitch).
