Capacity for large-scale deliveries

Our production is scaled for large projects. During peak deliveries, our weekly capacity has reached up to 3,500 piles, enabling us to support utility-scale and industrial projects without compromising delivery reliability. We always take your project timeline into account and aim to align production and deliveries as closely as possible with your installation schedule.

Robotic and manual welding

Manufacturing combines both robotic and manual welding, depending on the pile type and application. This allows us to balance efficiency with flexibility. All welding is carried out by qualified welders using high-quality welding equipment and consumables, ensuring consistent structural performance across every pile.

Quality control and certifications

Quality control is an integral part of the process. Our manufacturing follows ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, and EN 1090 certification ensures compliance with European structural requirements. Hot-dip galvanisation is carried out in accordance with EN ISO 1461, providing long-term corrosion protection suited to demanding ground conditions. Each pile is delivered with a material certificate to ensure full traceability.

Standard and project-specific solutions

If a suitable pile size is not available in the standard range, we design and manufacture piles to match your specific requirements. We also design and produce project-specific brackets to suit different structures and connection details, helping installation remain straightforward on site.

Low-carbon materials and responsible sourcing

Steel is sourced primarily from SSAB, a Scandinavian producer known for consistent quality and the world's lowest carbon steel production. This supports both structural reliability and the sustainability goals of modern construction projects.
